PREPARATION OF GENERATOR REPLACEMENT DESIGN, TECHNICAL SPECIFICIATIONS, & RFP

1.      Provide Electrical Design Documents to include replacement of the existing generator, and connections to existing electrical and plumbing infrastructure as well as sizing generator to account for new electrical loads.

2.      Preparation of Permit Drawings:Prepare the following construction documents and detail that will allow the utilization of those subcontractors which are approved and acceptable to the Owner for the type of work which is involved, which will be predominantly mechanical & electrical, which will require coordination with the fire alarm engineer/contractor for the associated system integrations. Bleu Engineering production of construction permitting documents will include the following:

a.      Electrical design: Bleu Engineering will prepare electrical design documents that outline the scope of work, minimum technical requirements, allowable means and methods, as well as including new system layouts that will comply with local and state codes.

3.      Required structural engineering Design Documents and calculations.

4.      Provide Manufacturer information and specs for equipment approval.

5.      Plans Specifications will be included as notes on Construction Documents.

6.      Detail any additional Ownership work required for compliance.

7.      Provide Signed/Sealed drawings acceptable for permit process submission.

8.      Identify any additional Permit Requirements. Services not addressed under Electrical Engineering Scope.

9.      Provide for general consulting time to respond questions/comments from AHJ to secure permit.
